I’m a Consultant in the Org Design team at FutureGov, the change agency for 21st century public service organisations.
Before that...
I was figuring out local government at Leicestershire County Council, leading the digital services team; a clever, multi-disciplinary bunch trying to make things better for the people of Leicestershire. Previously I was part of the Futures Directorate at Orbit Housing Group, in the digital team at Cogent Digital, Innovation R&D Officer at International development charity Practical Action & Graduate Trainee at Dare London.
